The 30 VOL developer emulsion's main purpose is to facilitate the setting of semi-permanent ammonia-free dyes.
Due to its precise peroxide percentage, it is an ideal product to avoid over-damaging colored hair.

Add the same amount of dye to a non-metallic container, and mix the product well until it is homogeneous.
