CELINE BLUE BLEACHING POWDER 500 G.

High-tech blue bleaching powder for lightening. As it is a non-volatile material and contains a pigment for toning, the bleaching achieves the most optimal lightening results. It does not produce unpleasant odors. Contains keratin to reduce damage and better care for the hair.

How to use:

Apply 1 tablespoon of powder, 25 g. for every 75 g of 3, 6, 9 or 12% cream developer, depending on the technique to be applied, into a non-metallic bowl. Exposure time: 15 to 35 minutes.

Avoid contact with eyes.
