Clean and comb eyelashes with BI-PHASE makeup remover. Apply LASH GLUE to the upper eyelid and attach the appropriate pad. Spread LASH GLUE over the pad and, using a stick, adhere the eyelashes to it. After the LASH PERM program, remove the pad with water and cotton.
