Welloxon Perfect 20 Volume Cream Developer by Wella.
This developer activates the dye and opens the cuticle to allow color pigments to penetrate.
Simple and quick mixing.
Precise application and easy rinsing. Thanks to its creamy texture, it helps set the color, leaving hair soft and shiny.
Size: 1000 ml.

Available in different volumes: 1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, and 12%.
The 20 volume developer is for tone-on-tone coloring, gray coverage, and 1 or 2 levels of lightening.
